We now have a Club assessment from that Judges & Lecturers
can
fill in to provide us with feedback about the club they have attended.

Unfortunately we have had several instances where the
electronic forms have been purposely filled in with gobbledigook.
This causes us extra work means we have
now had to password protect the forms.
To obtain the password please contact web(at)nempf.org including
your name, your club and the position you hold there. Once you have
the password you will be able to access the forms as before.
